Following our brief discussion the other day, I have attached the spreadsheet of the projects that we have under construction (please refer to sheet 2). Using the knowledge and information that was discussed between myself and Paul, I changed the way I conducted my life & business, and thus almost immediately changed my current results in both short and long term.
The main break through from a financial aspect in my business, came through in a conversation where Paul advised it was my job to win a project and then use the techniques Paul taught in Money Mastery to improve the project. This would then upgrade the project from what could be classed as standard budget project, to a project that would have a higher class finish and greater bottom line.
In summary, a better bottom line, a better house, happier clients and a bigger bottom line for ourselves.
Throughout the last 18 months, Paul had also advised ‘to get cash anyway you can’. Focusing on this thought, and the many new areas of knowledge that I have gained from the past 18 month of being mentally reconditioned, I again completely changed the way we conducted business.
Instead of waiting for work to come to me, I created my own opportunities .... which has added an addition $520 000.00 in turnover to our business and took approximately 6 weeks to design and negotiate.
From using this technique, we are currently in negotiations with 5 additional clients who would otherwise be dealing with other companies, and the financial result of this could be as high as an additional $4.60 million which will be priced, negotiated, Signed up and started in as little as 3 months.
In short, using the techniques, knowledge and information gathered over the time with Paul, I have changed my income from less then $100 000/pa working for someone else, to forming my own Company which could have as much as $9.80 million in turnover since its formation in March 2008.

With the help of Paul’s advice, what we have been able to learn in the classes and our assignments we have been able to transform our business.
Where we had major issues with staffing problems because of the type of worker we were choosing Paul completely changed our thinking and we went for baby boomer workers who have shown to be much more reliable, happy and easier workforce to deal with.
Also from what we learnt last year we reworked our manufacturing where with the 8 staff we had we were unable to manufacture any more than 550 wear plates in a month to hitting targets of 661, 1054 and 717 in the final months of last year. This extra capacity just in those 3 months has netted us a return of just over 300% on our course fee.
